I’m Matt Rosser with news that the University College London Hospitals has reached a milestone of 1000 operations on hips and knees using robots. After a successful trial of a ‘Mako’ robot, two additional ones were installed in April 22. The technology allows precise three-dimensional joint replacement which appears to decrease pain and promote rapid recovery.
