I'm Matt Jones with news that care workers recruited from overseas to look after elderly and disabled people in Britain are being charged thousands in illegal fees and suffer exploitative working conditions, that's according to an investigation by the Observer newspaper. The report has found a network of agencies that supply care workers that charge candidates for the service.
