Information and advice service FosterWiki revealed that, of just over a thousand respondents to its survey, 89 per cent had cut back on essentials like food, heating, fuel and everyday activities with children. 88 per cent said they had received no financial aid, with some turning to food banks for help. 54 per cent say they may have to quit.
