I'm Matt Jones with news that fewer than 3% of NHS trusts in England have hit their cancer waiting-time targets, according to data released by the House of Commons public accounts committee. Most patients with an urgent referral from their GP are meant to be seen within 62 days, but the figures reveal that only three of the 125 trusts hit that target in 2022, and some trusts haven't met the standard for the last eight years.
